Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller

Havava is the controller of the personal data it collects through this website.

2. Data we collect

When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and the message you send us.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors. Please do not include them in your message.

3. Purposes of the processing

We use your data to respond to your request, send you a proposal or quote, keep commercial communication related to your inquiry and improve our service.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Authorization

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form you give us your prior, express and informed authorization to process your data for the purposes described. You may revoke it at any time.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you may: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization given; be informed of how your data has been used; file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; revoke the authorization and request deletion of your data; and access it free of charge.

6. How to exercise your rights

You can send us your inquiry or claim through the contact form on this site or through the channels listed in section 1. We will answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, extendable as the law allows.

7. Processors and data transmission

To operate this site and receive your messages we use technology providers, such as web hosting and email services, which may process your data on our behalf and be located outside Colombia. We require them to protect your data with appropriate security measures.

To protect the form against spam we use Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes signals from your browser and is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed with artificial intelligence through the Anthropic (Claude) API, whose servers may be outside Colombia. If you leave your contact details in the chat and accept this policy, we use them only to reply to you. Please do not share sensitive data in the conversation.

If you accept measurement cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, country and device type).

8. Security and retention

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We keep it for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and our legal obligations.

9. Cookies

We use necessary cookies, which are always on: they remember the language you chose and your country to preselect the phone prefix, and reCAPTCHA protects the form against spam.

We use measurement cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them. They measure visits, country and device type in aggregate. If you reject them, they are not loaded.

We do not use cookies for advertising purposes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may stop working properly.

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
